Challenge:

For a brand built around gelato, winter brought a dip in sales and engagement. The challenge was to keep customers coming in when cold desserts weren’t top of mind, without losing Jlato’s playful and premium identity.

What We Did :

We developed a seasonal campaign — “Who Said You Can’t Have Gelato in Winter?” — blending cozy winter vibes with the gelato experience.

Social content paired their signature flavors with steaming mugs of their rich hot chocolate, making it a hero product for the season.

The rollout included warm-toned visuals and cozy winter vibes that encouraged people to “break the rules” of seasonal eating.

Results :

The campaign drove higher winter sales compared to the previous year, boosted engagement on Instagram, and shifted customer perception to see Jlato as a year-round destination.

Challenge:

Both Jlato Gelateria & Cafe and ZOE Modern Greek Kouzina had been part of The Ran Buzz family for years. Ramadan was approaching, and we saw an opportunity to connect both brands in a fresh, engaging way — creating a campaign that felt seasonal, collaborative, and unique to their audiences.

What We Did :

We brought the two brands together for a special Ramadan collaboration menu, merging ZOE’s modern Greek flavors with Jlato’s artisan desserts. Our team handled the entire process: concept development, menu storytelling, moodboard creation, content production, photography and videography, and full digital campaign management.

We also secured influencer coverage to expand reach and create authentic word-of-mouth buzz around the collaboration.

The visual direction combined warm, inviting Ramadan aesthetics with both brands’ signature styles, ensuring the campaign felt seamless yet exciting.

Results :

The campaign increased visibility for both brands, generated strong engagement on social media, and drove foot traffic to both locations during Ramadan. Influencer participation boosted credibility and reach, while the creative menu concept strengthened each brand’s position in the market.
