Challenge:

For a brand built around gelato, winter brought a dip in sales and engagement. The challenge was to keep customers coming in when cold desserts weren’t top of mind, without losing Jlato’s playful and premium identity.

What We Did :

We developed a seasonal campaign — “Who Said You Can’t Have Gelato in Winter?” — blending cozy winter vibes with the gelato experience.

Social content paired their signature flavors with steaming mugs of their rich hot chocolate, making it a hero product for the season.

The rollout included warm-toned visuals and cozy winter vibes that encouraged people to “break the rules” of seasonal eating.

Results :

The campaign drove higher winter sales compared to the previous year, boosted engagement on Instagram, and shifted customer perception to see Jlato as a year-round destination.
