Sakura is a KSA-based skincare brand that sells disposable face towels — a niche product in a competitive skincare market. The challenge was to build awareness and credibility for a product that isn’t widely known, while convincing customers why they should add it to their routines.

We crafted a UGC-focused strategy inspired by how people trust TikToks from regular users more than polished brand ads.

What We Did :

We crafted a UGC-focused strategy inspired by how people trust TikToks from regular users more than polished brand ads. The content featured multiple faces to showcase diversity and relatability, filmed in a mix of formats: voiceovers, talking-to-camera videos, and skincare tips woven naturally into daily routines.

To make the content more lifestyle-driven, we filmed the towels being used across different real-life settings — at the gym, in a pilates class, in bathrooms, during everyday routines, and even in cozy girly spa days at home.

This created the feeling of a spa experience from the comfort of home, with just one product added to protect the skin.

Results :

The UGC-driven approach positioned Sakura as authentic and trustworthy, with content that felt like real recommendations rather than advertisements.

By blending product use with diverse settings and relatable voices, we built stronger purchase intent and helped Sakura stand out as the go-to brand for clean, disposable skincare solutions.
